Book Spotlight | The Gift of Friendship
The Gift of Friendship is a heart-warming collection of refreshing and relatable stories of what it truly means to have a friend and be a friend. Editor Dawn Camp gathers the accounts of about 50 popular bloggers and authors to illustrate the incredibly rewarding journey that is found in friendship. Every woman understands the eager yearning for a close friend to provide solace and joy in life’s constant trials. Whatever season of life, a true friend is one to lighten the load, lovingly encourage, and offer blissful moments of uninhibited laughter. The Gift of Friendship shares stories of beautiful vulnerability as it leads to depth in relationships and overwhelming expressions of love.
Camp includes anecdotes that reflect the lives of women who have either enjoyed the warm embrace of true friendship for years or have only just begun their search for a few soul sisters. In The Gift of Friendship, mothers, daughters, sisters, neighbors and co-workers will find encouragement and inspiration to pursue some of the most meaningful relationships they will have in life.
Each story in The Gift of Friendship opens a different window to the varied aspects of friendship. This uplifting collection is an excellent breath of fresh air on the days that need it most.
