Baked Halibut in White Wine
Number of Servings: 44 medium halibut fillets 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp minced red onions 3/4 cup white wine (not sweet)
Directions Sprinkle halibut with your favorite low salt, low sugar seasonings. Mix the next four ingredients and spread evenly over fish. Place in baking dish and pour wine in the bottom of the dish. Bake for about 20 minutes or until fish is flakey.
