Easy Turkey and Spinach Wraps

4 ounces cream cheese 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp honey 2 green onion chopped 1 ½ cup baby spinach 1 large carrot peeled and grated 1 small tomato diced ½ tsp salt ¼ coarse ground black pepper ¾ lb thin sliced deli turkey 1 cup fat-free grated cheddar cheese 6 medium whole wheat (low fat, low carb) tortillas
Directions Mix cream cheese, mustard, and honey until smooth. Spread each tortilla with about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture, almost to the edge of the tortilla. Place two tablespoons of spinach mixture on cream cheese mixture. Place 2-3 slices of turkey over spinach and add 2 tablespoons of cheese. Roll each tortilla up very tight and cut diagonally across the middle.
