She’s a certified personal trainer, and her channel is full of stand-alone workout routines or you can join one of her many free workout plans. Along with typical HIIT and strength-training videos, she also does pilates, yoga, and barre workouts.
She offers many shorter workout videos, in case you only have time for a quicker workout most days. Hers are unique, including videos like Choose Your Own Adventure workouts or a Washcloth workout.
She only has a few, but these are great to implement into your weekly workout schedule. These are more intense HIIT routine style workouts, but they are quick workouts, often 20 minutes or less.
If you miss attending your weekly workout dance class, these are the videos for you. She does routines to different popular songs/playlists from genres like Christmas music to Kpop. These are longer workouts but offer different levels and variations to do if you need a lower impact option.
A lot of these YouTube creators also offer exclusive additional content on their Instagram accounts, so if you are active on there, they are worth checking out and giving a follow. Have more YouTube creators to include? Leave them in the comments to help others find new workout content.
