Invest in Your Most Important Asset – Yourself!
Anytime is a good time to rekindle the relationship you have with yourself! You spend every day with yourself and when you like – hopefully love – yourself for the person you are, that will outwardly be seen and noticed by those around you, particularly in the place where you spend a substantial amount of time – work.
Take a few minutes today to do a personal inventory of your overall feelings towards yourself. Are you feeling strong, confident and ready to conquer the world? Or… do you feel like you’re shrinking into yourself and miss the person you used to be? Try to get in touch with your inner self by considering the person you want to be and believe you can be. That person is inside you and you have the power to bring her out.

Understanding the “why” behind your actions can help strengthen your understanding of yourself.
