Fourth Quarter Flow: Books to Help You Finish Out the Year Strong
How many of us start the year off with resolutions to have our best year yet? To be an even better version of ourselves? Whether you’ve made fitness goals, set career milestones, committed to spiritual growth or renewed your dedication to self-care, the beginning of the year provides us not only with an opportunity to do and be better, but it gives us the hope that life can be sweeter because we have the sheer will (and written directives) to make it so.
Ah, but alas, that January energy wanes a smidge in February. Then February somehow quickly changes to May. You look up and suddenly the summer has come and gone. Next thing you know, the tree leaves have changed color, the temperature has dropped, pumpkin spice has become the dominant flavor in your latte and those resolutions you made months ago seem like a distant memory.
Perhaps some goals were met… others not so much. But no need to worry. There’s still time left in the year to make your desired changes. Sure, you could pull out January’s resolution list (if you can find it), or you can create another one. But it’s certainly not too late to think of and commit to one or two manageable things that could have you ending the year feeling and being your best.
Now is the time to put your plan in place, and below are some books that’ll give you that spark, that boost, a little kick in the rear to close out the fourth quarter stronger than your company ever could.
