Blah - Blah - Blah! Blog - Blog - Blog! I wonder if that’s how the word got started. Blogging, an Internet phenomena, is quite fascinating. Isn’t it astounding that so many people have so much to say. There are blogs about everything under the sun and even about the sun itself! Are you a foodie? a fashionista? a nutritionista? a politico? There are blogs just for you by people just like you! Stay-at-home-mom’s are big on blogging. February is the month for hearts! It is American Heart Month - and we are reminded to take good care of our heart health. It is also...

Last month I shared the H.O.P.E. principle with you and as we walk into a brand new year I believe the W.A.L.K. principle will be helpful to all of us. Many years ago I began the practice of selecting a scripture verse for the year - in 2002, Colossians 1:10 was my choice. That I may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God… I have since adopted this verse as my life scripture and it is the root of the W.A.L.K. principle. Work: This in no...
