Love is a gift most felt when put into action. Although it is expressed in diverse ways, the most impactful is when love is on display. To give love and to be a recipient of love is such a blessing that it not only benefits the receiver, but also the one who is giving love.
Love is a beautiful gift that you have an opportunity to give every day. Your way of expressing love may not be the same as someone else, and that’s okay because what is important is the love you are giving is coming from a genuine place - this is when it is received the most.
Listed below are two of love language expressions that you can consider when you are displaying your love.
Quality Time
Spending quality time with those you love can be healing. You will find all some people really want is your time. Sitting, laughing and listening are the simple things in life that will make the most memorable memories. Making the most of the time together and truly being present is love in action.
Gifts
Giving gifts can be so fun, and you do not have to break the bank when doing so. You do not have to limit your gifts to special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. Sending an unexpected gift can help change the mood of someone you love. Writing a sweet little love letter and sending via mail or placing it where you know they will find it is an expression of love that shows you were thinking about them. Making someone the person of the month and sending them gifts throughout that month is another show of love in action that will not only lift the recipient, but the giver as well.
Love in action is always love on display. It is a beautiful thing to love and to be loved. As you go through life do not be afraid to love or to receive love. Love is kind. Love is healing and it has the power to change one individual at a time.
