Purpose is Calling

There are times when you might feel as if you are on the merry-go-round of life and just spinning in circles. Going through the motions without a sense of direction, you feel stuck, frustrated and anxious because you know deep within there is more to life and particularly your life.
As you enjoy the last half of this year, my prayer is that you will not only be pulled by purpose, but you would also yield to it. Frustration is oftentimes an indicator that you are out of sync with purpose or having a challenging time finding your bearings as you walk out your God-given purpose.
There may be times you feel like you are suffocating, and the walls are closing in. Although you see the end and feel you know the direction in which you should go, you feel as if you are beating in the air. You feel a tugging and an uneasiness where you are but struggle with completely answering the call. I hope the below will help you in answering the call of purpose.
Be okay with not knowing exactly where the path God has you on will take you. I know I have been guilty of trying to figure out the specifics before saying yes. I wanted to know every detail, when knowing every single detail is not what having faith is about. So, be willing to step out on faith. You will be amazed at the results.
Do not compare your journey and yourself to others and their journey. It is time consuming and will drain you emotionally and mentally. You have your own calling. You have your own path to pave. You have your own group of people you have been assigned. As tempting as it might be, walk your own path and do not compare it to others.
You are here for a purpose and will be able to flourish where you are planted but you first must answer the call. Who is calling? Purpose.
