The Mommy Makeover Wardrobe Remix Quiz

Is it time for a mommy makeover? I get comments at my blog all the time that tell me how easy it is to focus on parenting and pay little to no attention to what we are putting on ourselves each day.

The Work at Home Mom Wardrobe Remix Quiz…

You may be beginning to consider this mommy makeover I’m suggesting, but if you’re still not sure, answer the following questions designed specifically for work-at-home or stay-at-home moms…
1) Was another president in office the last time you bought something new for yourself?
2) Do you ever get dressed and later, can’t remember what you are wearing?
3) Are there days when you don’t get out of your pajamas, thinking it’s no big deal because only the kids will see you?
4) Can you think of a favorite outfit that makes you feel beautiful?
5) If so, when was the last time you wore it?

The Wardrobe Remix Solution…

Now that we know a wardrobe remix may be needed, let me tell you how to get started. The first step is to make the commitment to get dressed more often, to thoughtfully choose outfits to wear that express who you are and make you feel pretty.

Let me tell you about a wardrobe challenge I love being a part of each week. It’s called What I Wore Wednesday and it is a weekly linkup hosted by Lindsey at The Pleated Poppy. She issues a challenge to get dressed and take pictures of what you wear and then, on Wednesday, show off a few of them.

She encourages moms to step outside the comfort zone a little and put more effort into what you are wearing. This commitment is the first step and it’s a big one.

Why not join us each week for What I Wore Wednesday? I look forward to seeing you in pictures!

This is wonderful! Practical & a lil convicting (to me, as a stay at home ma). Love it!

Oh good, I'm glad you still love it, even if it did convict you just a little bit :) .
